Getting Started
This guide will help you set up Convertiko FAQ on your Shopify store in under 5 minutes.
Prerequisites
- A Shopify store (any plan)
- Products with titles and descriptions
Step 1: Install the App
- Visit the Shopify App Store
- Click Add app
- Authorize the app permissions
- You'll be redirected to the Convertiko FAQ dashboard

Step 2: Add to Your Theme
The recommended way to add Convertiko FAQ is using Theme Blocks. This gives you complete control over placement and works with every Shopify theme.
Using Theme Blocks (Recommended)
- Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize
- Navigate to a Product page template
- Click Add block in the product section
- Search for "Convertiko FAQ"
- Drag to your desired position
- Click Save

Place the FAQ block below the product description and above reviews for best results.
Step 3: Generate Your First FAQ
- In the Convertiko dashboard, go to Content → Products
- Find a product you want to generate FAQ for
- Click the Generate button
- Review the AI-generated questions and answers
- Click Save to publish
The FAQ will now appear on your product page!
Step 4: Customize Appearance
Make the FAQ match your brand:
- Go to Appearance in the dashboard
- Choose a preset or customize colors
- Select a display format (carousel, grid, or accordion)
- Preview your changes in real-time
- Click Save

Step 5: Track Your Results
Once your FAQs are live, you can track their performance:
- Go to Analytics in the dashboard
- View impressions, engagements, and attributed revenue
- See your ROI multiplier
- Identify top-performing FAQs
