A guide to the settings available in your Convertiko FAQ dashboard.
General Settings

Appearance Settings

Presets
Choose from 6 professionally designed presets:

| Default | Clean white with subtle shadows |
| Modern | Minimal with soft backgrounds |
| Bold | High contrast with strong accents |
| Soft | Muted pastels, rounded corners |
| Dark | Dark backgrounds, light text |
| Minimal | Border-only, no backgrounds |
Colors
Customize your FAQ panel colors:
- Background - Panel background color
- Text - Primary text color
- Accent - Highlights, buttons, active states
- Border - Borders and dividers
Typography
- Font Family - Inherit from your theme, use system fonts, or specify a custom font
- Question Size - Font size for questions (14-20px)
- Answer Size - Font size for answers (12-18px)
Generation Options
When generating FAQ content:

| Question Count | Number of questions to generate (3-10) |
| Focus Areas | What topics to emphasize: Shipping, Product Details, Compatibility, Usage |
Analytics
Your dashboard shows:
- Impressions - How often FAQs are displayed
- Engagements - Clicks and interactions with questions
- Attributed Revenue - Sales linked to FAQ engagement
