Understanding Limits
Monthly Generations
The number of AI generations you can perform each month. This resets on your billing date.
What counts as a generation:
- Full FAQ generation: 1 credit
- Regenerate summary only: 0.25 credits
- Add more questions: 0.5 credits
- Improve single answer: 0.1 credits
Active FAQ Slots
The maximum number of products that can have active (visible) FAQs at once.
- FAQs can be paused without deletion
- Paused FAQs don't count against your slot limit
- Paused FAQs are retained for 90 days
Example
On Starter (50 slots), you can have FAQs active on 50 products. Generate for a 51st product? You'll need to pause one first—or upgrade.

Overage Pricing
When you exceed your monthly generation limit:

Overage is billed at the end of your billing cycle. You can set a monthly overage limit in Settings.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the current billing period.
Downgrading
If downgrading would exceed your new plan's slot limit:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Choose which FAQs to pause to fit within new limits
- Confirm the change
Paused Content
Paused FAQs are retained for 90 days. After that, content may be deleted. Upgrade or reactivate before then to preserve your content.

FAQ
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
FAQs remain visible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to resubscribe or export content.
Do unused generations roll over?
No. Monthly generations reset each billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment.
